Veterinary medicine has progressed to the point that almost anything that can be done for us, can also be done for our pets. We have specialists in nearly every field of veterinary medicine who can provide the latest in medical and surgical care for our pets. Medical knowledge and wonderful new products have developed rapidly during the last several years. We have also arrived at the complex issue that faces every medical field..... finding ways for all people or pets to have access to the medical services and products available today. The cost of veterinary medical care has risen beyond the ability for some to participate, or participation requires difficult financial choices. We would like to help by providing some veterinary health care products at a lower cost. We have reached a similar point in veterinary care that occurred with your physician several years ago - a transition from a local clinic with a pharmacy attached, to independent local clinics and national chain pharmacies. There are already a number of internet pharmacies (including companies selling veterinary products). Many of these internet companies promote themselves at the expense of the veterinary profession by down-playing the important role of your veterinarian. Veterinary care is essential for your pet's health. No one can provide this care as well as your local veterinarian. You should have a good relationship with a local veterinarian and follow his or her recommendations for wellness care for your pet. We would like to become a part of this veterinary medical team as an important source of information about veterinary wellness and medical or surgical care for your pet..... and a source for veterinary products of value. We will start small. We will only offer non-prescription EPA and FDA approved products for sale in the US. We will need your help to give us advice in improving the service we provide. Please feel free to give us recommendations about products that you would like for us to carry or ask questions about care for you pet or to recommend us to your friends.
